Diamond Forever offers a generous return and exchange policy with the following key points:

Exchange Policy:

  • Diamond Forever offers a lifetime exchange policy for 100% credit towards another item!
  • Exchanges are not eligible for a refund.

Return Window:

  • You can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
  • Returns after 30 days may be accepted with a 35% restocking fee.

Non-refundable Fees:

  • Upgraded shipping and expediting fees.
  • Exchanges

 The customer MUST return their merchandise prior to a refund being issued.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service at (888) 284-6686 or care@diamondforever.com to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Securely package your item(s) with the original appraisal and jewelry box.
  3. Label your package as instructed, including the RMA number. Do not include any mention of jewelry on the package.
  4. Ship the package to Diamond Forever corporate headquarters using a trackable and insured method.
  5. Provide your customer service representative with the tracking information.

Important:

  • Diamond Forever is not responsible for return shipping costs or loss/damage during return shipment.
  • Include a copy of your invoice with the return.
  • Missing appraisals will incur a $50 fee.
