If you are not completely satisfied with your custom order for any reason, Diamond Forever offers a one-time exchange for another item of equal or greater value within 30 days of the original delivery date of your custom jewelry. The exchanged item must be of equal or greater value than the original, with any difference in higher value to be covered by the customer. Please note that exchanges of lesser value will not receive credit or a refund.
